Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Each item is made to order, so we keep our return policy simple and fair.

Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Refunds
If your request is approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed once the issue is verified.

Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Normal variations in color or print placement

Sizing
Please review the sizing guide carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and changes may not be possible.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
